Saiful Abd Rahman is an experienced Food Safety and Halal trainer and consultant with over a decade of professional experience in the food manufacturing and food & beverage (F&B) industries. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and has developed extensive expertise in food safety management, halal assurance, training, auditing and regulatory compliance.

He is a Certified Food Handler Trainer recognised by the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH), a Certified Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Trainer, a Certified Professional Halal Executive, and a Certified Halal Personnel/Facilitator by the Malaysia International Halal Academy (MIHA).

His key areas of expertise include Food Safety Management Systems, Halal Assurance Management Systems, regulatory compliance, internal and supplier auditing, development of food safety and halal documentation, and professional training programmes.

Throughout his career, Saiful has been actively involved in developing and implementing operational manuals and compliance systems, conducting internal and supplier audits, delivering training to employees and management teams, and supporting organisations in meeting food safety and halal requirements. He is also experienced in dealing with regulatory requirements and authorities such as the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) and JAKIM.

Saiful began his professional career at FFM Further Processing Sdn Bhd, where he gained hands-on experience in the food manufacturing industry. He later joined Domino’s Pizza Malaysia as Senior Executive, Learning & Development, where he further strengthened his expertise in corporate training, employee development and F&B operations.

Currently, Saiful serves as a Food Safety and Halal Consultant at United Academy PLT, providing professional training and consultancy services to food businesses, manufacturers and organisations seeking to strengthen their food safety, halal compliance and operational standards.
