NZ Consultant and Services PLT was established in January 2018 and is wholly owned by Bumiputera. The company was initially registered as a sole proprietorship under the Registration of Businesses Act 1956.
NZ Consultant and Services was recognized by the Ministry of Health Malaysia as a Food Handler Training School (Sekolah Latihan Pengendali Makanan – SLPM) on August 2018 . The company was subsequently registered as NZ Consultant and Services PLT, a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2012 on October 2018.
