Ts Nurulnadiah Muhammad is an experienced trainer and consultant in the field of food safety and quality management system, specializing in Food Safety Certification System (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP and MESTI), HALAL Food, Food Handler Programme and Laboratory Management System (ISO 17025). She is also currently a Certification Body auditor for Certification Audit and 2nd party audit for FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP and GMP. Having worked in food manufacturing industry (MNC) for 9 years in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Halal and Research and Development Department, she brings with her all the knowledge, skill and experience during her period in the industry into her current field which is training and consulting. Her last position in MNC Company is as Senior QA Executive & Halal Executive.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Food Science and Technology from University Putra Malaysia. She started her career in food industry in MNC Food Company as Assistant Quality Control Executive and she had been offered by another MNC Food Company as Quality Control Executive and had been promoted to Senior QC and R&D Executive prior being involve in consultation field. During these periods, she has been actively involved in food safety and quality management system through FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP and HALAL system. Being Internal Auditor for Food Safety System and Halal in her previous MNC industry had assisted her in current consultation. Also experience as Halal Executives in her first MNC Company and Halal Team Leader in her second MNC company; she had been actively involved in Halal certification process from JAKIM as well as internal auditing. Her practical experiences assist her in consulting entrepreneur to obtain Halal Certification.
Nurulnadiah is a Certified Auditor under ACB-FSMS, HACCP and GMP Scheme, CQI & IRCA Certified ISO 22000 Lead Auditor for Food Safety Management Systems and CQI & IRCA Certified FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor for Food Safety System Certification. She is also a Certified Food Handler Trainer with recognition from Ministry of Health, Malaysia and a Certified Trainer with recognition from HRDCorp. In Halal field, she had been certified by JAKIM Halal Professional Board as Certified Professional Halal Executive and Certified Professional Internal Halal Auditor and Certified Halal Trainer under MIHA 6.0, JAKIM.
She pursued her career in training and consultancy in various consultation fields which includes Food Safety Management System (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP and MESTI) and HALAL Management System.
